We are looking for you as Business Development Representative for DACH region (gn) to focus on winning new customers. The position is available immediately at our Headquarters in Fulda or fully remote in Germany.

Your Role

  • You receive and qualify leads from Marketing
  • You identify and qualify new prospects via online research, visiting trade shows, etc.
  • You regularly re-qualify the prospects already in our database to also consider these as your targets
  • You prioritize new and existing prospects to focus on during the next period
  • Furthermore you establish contact to prospects through cold calling, email, trade show visits, etc. 
  • You further qualify the match of prospects and Proemions suite of solutions through dialogue and meetings
  • Guide qualified prospects through our new business sales process

Your Skills

  • You have a strong drive and inner motivation to overcome objections and succeed with sales
  • You can work independently and effectively manage your own time and efforts
  • You are curious and open to learn
  • You have already Sales experience in a Saas or PaaS company, or from selling to the OEM machine manufacturers targeted by Proemion
  • Excellent German skills to communicate with prospects
  • Good English skills to communicate with colleagues
  • You have some experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn
