We are looking for a HR-Administration (m/f/x) in full time or part time (at least 30 h). The position is available immediately at our Headquarters in Fulda.

You are our first contact for clients, applicants and suppliers. As an employee at the reception, you support our HR and administration team on site in their daily business.

Your Role

  • You take care of the absence and document management
  • Support in health management
  • You prepare and coordinate travel planning and accounting for our employees – whether for seminars, onsite stays or trade fairs
  • You organize the company anniversaries for our employees, from the notification to the IHK up to the arrangement of the certificate/gift handover date
  • You receive customers, applicants and suppliers in the entrance area
  • Organization and support of meetings and company events
  • You can respond confidently to inquiries by phone or in writing, in German and English
  • You act as a friendly and competent contact person for our employees in all matters – if you can´t help, you know who can!
  • Support of the fleet management
  • Support with the payroll accounting

Your Skills

  • Your German and English skills are business fluent - written and spoken
  • You have very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • You have successfully completed a commercial education (for example in office management) or similar working experience in the field
  • You are familiar with the topic payroll accounting
  • You are a team player, work independently, structured and reliable
  • You are also open minded and show self-initiative
