Your Role

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the IT team
    • Personnel management, development and motivation
    • Support in personnel selection
    • Performance management (conducting employee reviews, e.g. 1-on-1s, annual reviews, development reviews, etc.)
  • Setting team goals and key performance indicators 
  • Conducting and leading meetings
  • Define, coordinate, delegate and follow up on tasks
  • You communicate proactively with our internal departments and teams
  • Process improvements
  • Support and maintenance of the IT landscape, infrastructure and user helpdesk
  • Support for digitization measures and technical support for the introduction of new software solutions
  • You manage our Office 365 environment
  • You maintain and redesign our Sharepoint pages
  • Your role will also include administration, installation and configuration in client and server environments (Microsoft) as well as the administration of IT network infrastructure peripherals 
  • You will be responsible for first and second level support activities as well as troubleshooting and fault resolution

Your Skills

  • You have successfully completed your education as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar qualification
  • You already have experience in team management
  • You have extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (client / server) and Active Directory Service
  • You have knowledge of Linux (RHEL/ Ubuntu)
  • You are confident in using Microsoft Office products
  • You have a good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken 
  • You are able to work independently, are a team player and have a sense of responsibility
