Your Role

  • Lead research, identify potential clients
  • Provide direct support to the sales and marketing team to engage and nurture prospective clients
  • Lead calls to pitch Proemion’ s product portfolio and online web services
  • Qualify and track leads
  • Document activities with current accounts and inquiries in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Provide support and assistance to outside sales and customer care in order to close deals and meet company/team goals
  • Conduct webinars to demonstrate products
  • Ensure the customer has a positive experience
  • Represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with customers
  • International customer contact
  • Collaborate with marketing department regarding campaigns and market intelligence
  • Close cooperation with our international headquarters
  • Self-responsible and passionate work
  • Support for the expansion of the US branch office
  • Visit international trade shows

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or informative/software engineering fields
  • Passion for big data products, IoT, connected machines and/or telematics
  • At least 2 years of sales/customer service experience in relevant business
  • Take ownership in resolving issues, complete tasks, and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • You are ambitious, outgoing, and tech-savvy
  • Confident in a “Farmer” role
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies (e. g. wireless products, embedded devices, IoT, telematics, connected machines)
  • Good understanding of connected vehicle requirements, telematics for industrial/commercial mobile assets or IoT service applications
