Proemion is at the forefront of the IoT/Telematics revolution and is looking for an Office & Sales Administrator (f/m/d) in Seoul / South Korea at the earliest possible date.

Your Mission

Your primary mission is to provide sales, administration, and operation support to enable a small and dynamic team to focus on sales and engineering support.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/She will be self-motivated and trustworthy, serves as a point of contact for our customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and provides support for our sales representatives. As a goal-oriented candidate he/she has deep knowledge of customer service best practices and should have very good organizational skills. It is also very important to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Your Role

Office administration:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Keep / track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Sales administration:

  • Process orders, shipments, logistics, and invoices in SAP system in a timely manner
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries regarding orders.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly office administration & operation reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally with headquarters in Germany
  • Clearing customs for products imported into Korea for the headquarters
Marketing support

  • Stay up-to-date with new product datasheets, website, brochures
  • Marketing activity support such as exhibitions, promotions, and workshops.

Your Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Office & Sales Administrator or relevant role
  • Very good hands-on experience with SAP, i.e. experience as a user in the tools Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI) and Sales (SD)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good business English
