Then we are looking for you to join our team as our new Employee (m/f/d) 1st Level Support and Service at our location in Fulda.


Your Role

  • You are responsible for the ongoing 1st level support for Global and Local Connectivity products as well as for other products from our portfolio
  • Moderation of the internal 8D troubleshooting process
  • Processing of returns (customer communication/orders)
  • You support the process owner Support and Service
  • You are a competent technical contact person for colleagues from our sales team
  • If required, you will also support our customers during commissioning

Your Skills

  • You have a further education as a state-approved technician or a successfully completed degree in computer science, industrial engineering (electrical engineering) or a comparable field
  • Ideally you have at least 3 years of professional experience in 1st and / or 2nd level customer support
  • You are strong in communication - in German (C2) as well as in English (B2)
  • You have a strong technical understanding, a keen perception, willingness to learn and a high degree of self-organisation
  • A friendly, confident, obliging and competent appearance completes your profile
