Your Role

  • You are in charge of the ongoing 1st and 2nd level customer support
  • In doing so, you perform standardized administrative tasks
  • And you actively support those responsible for the process support.
  • You will support the further development of our telematics platform
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the recording and documentation of professional customer requirements

Your Skills

  • You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering or information technology and/or a degree with a technical focus with
  • Your German and English skills are very good, both written and spoken
  • Very good communication skills and strong customer orientation characterize you
  • Your appearance is always friendly, safe and competent
  • You are characterized by an independent, structured and disciplined way of working
  • You should have some initial experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of technologies such as CAN/CANopen, telematics and monitoring as well as experience with ticket systems (e.g. GitHub) are desirable
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of database queries through SQL
