Your Role
- Act as a hands-on Controller and the right hand to the Finance Director
- Manage group reporting and cash flow analysis
- Contribute to the development of a mature finance back office
- Oversee consolidation processes
- Implement guidelines and procedures
- Participate in group integration projects
Your Skills
- A degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in accounting, economics, or equivalent experience
- Preferably, you have an audit background
- Expert proficiency in Excel
- Good knowledge of Power BI and Lucanet is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages such as German or French is a significant advantage
- A proactive team player with a hands-on approach to work
