We are looking for you as Working Student - Technical Writer (gn) to join our Customer Care Team for our headquartes in Fulda, Germany or remote in Germany (with occasional onsite days) during parental leave.

Your Role
- You create documentation for DataPlatform, hardware and software
- You research information from Product Management, Developers and FAEs
- You coordinate upcoming tasks independently
- You maintain the Proemion Documentation Library
- You maintain the Proemion Documentation Chat Bot
- You write and publish application notes
Your Skills
Must haves:
Nice to have:
- You are preferably studying in a technical degree program, e.g. technical editing, electrical engineering, computer science
- You have a good technical understanding
- You work carefully, structured and independently
- You are confident with version management systems such as GitHub
- You have an understandable way of expressing yourself
- You can organize yourself well and show a willingness to learn
- You are fluent in both German and English - written and spoken
Nice to have:
- First experience in the technical documentation of SaaS applications, software products or embedded devices (ideally CAN and CANopen products)
- First experience in creating documentation with MkDocs or similar systems
