Your Role

  • Leadership and motivation of direct sales teams
  • Successful application of your previous experience in the areas of software sales, business development, OEM/partner management
  • Expanding existing business opportunities and developing new ones is not a balancing act for you, but the path to success
  • You design sales initiatives and ensure that they are implemented by your teams with a "hands-on" mentality
  • You have a strong customer focus and can build and maintain long-term customer relationships at decision-maker level
  • You will be responsible for the region's sales in EMEA
  • Identification and acquisition of strategic customers in OEM/partner sales
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and market penetration
  • Carrying out market analyses and deriving recommendations for action to optimize the sales process
  • Preparation of sales forecasts and regular reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Your Skills

  • You already have several years of experience (8 years +) as a Sales Director (B2B Sales) or in a comparable role (Quota Carrier) in complex software sales and are familiar with the processes of the manufacturing industry (e.g. Industrial equipment, Automotive, etc.) on the customer side
  • Proven track record in acquiring and servicing strategic clients
  • You have the ability to build resilient networks and have a trusting and professional demeanor
  • You have excellent communication skills with your employees and at the customer level
  • Team-oriented way of working is a key to success for you
  • Ideally, you have gained some experience in OEM/partner sales or can imagine gaining a foothold in this area
  • Fluent German and English skills are required
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methodologies
