We are looking for an experienced Electronics Technician as Team Leader for our Test Engineering (gn). The position is available immediately in full-time at our modern production plant in Fulda, Einsteinstraße.

Your Role
- You take over the technical and disciplinary supervision of our test engineering team at our production site
- With your hands-on mentality, you realize technical tasks in collaboration with your team colleagues
- You plan and develop (semi-)automated production tests
- You also develop test concepts and create circuit diagrams
- You plan and create individual test stations and test equipment
- You are responsible for the creation and continuous optimization of test procedures
- You carry out fault analyses and repairs on assemblies
Your Skills
Must-haves
- You have a successfully completed education in electronics and further training as an electrical technician / foreman (gn)
- You have solid professional experience in test engineering as well as initial qualifications to lead a team
- Previous knowledge of various electrical test procedures
- Your quality mindset is extremely strong and you are business fluent in German
- Experience in a supervisory role - technical / disciplinary
- Knowledge of the CAN-Bus
- You already have experience with NI-TestStand
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably C#, C++ or Visual Basic)
