We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Automation Manager (gn) to join our team at our Headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, with an immediate start date. This position offers a hybrid work model with two office days per week.

As our Marketing Automation Manager (gn) you will lead the management, optimization, and automation of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence by designing and implementing automated workflows, email campaigns, and reporting structures that enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.

As the primary HubSpot administrator, you will oversee data integrity, automation processes, lead scoring, and the seamless integration of HubSpot across our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to scale marketing operations, streamline workflows, and provide valuable insights through advanced reporting.

Your Role


  • Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing and sales teams, ensuring data integrity, user access, and security compliance.
  • Design, build, and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing, qualification, and sales processes.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance and optimizing templates for various initiatives.
  • Monitor email performance, run A/B testing, and improve campaign effectiveness based on key metrics.
  • Create custom dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and sales engagement.
  • Provide insights into marketing ROI, lead quality, and sales pipeline, offering continuous optimization recommendations.
  • Regularly report on pipeline performance, attribution, and sales velocity using HubSpot and Salesforce data.

Your Skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub).
  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Software, CMS, or Sales Software preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and executing automated workflows, lead scoring models, and email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, including data segmentation and personalization.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, lead scoring methodologies, and CRM integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience with SQL or other database management tools is a plus.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and explain technical processes in layman’s terms.

Technical Competencies:

  • HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (Advanced Level).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Experience with API integrations and connecting HubSpot with other marketing technologies.
