We are currently seeking you as Sales Development Representative (gn) to support our NAM Sales team in the US (Houston, TX). The position is available at the earliest possible date, Houston, TX or remote. The position is available on a full-time basis.
We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new leads and opportunities and stimulate the growth of the sales pipeline. This is an inside sales position requiring a consistent and high volume of prospecting activities, including: outbound calling, email campaigns, marketing lead development and qualification. In addition to new customer acquisition activity, the candidate must develop a basic understanding of TrendMiner software products and in-depth industry. We are looking for a team player who jointly takes responsibility for our company’s growth ambition.

Your Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales
- Previous experience within a SaaS software company is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Industrial Automation software or high-tech business applications is a valuable asset
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Experience in utilizing demand generation tools, such as HubSpot, RollWorks, and Salesforce, is a plus
- Possesses an outgoing personality and exceptional phone and social media communication skills
- Proven ability to establish professional rapport, engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their challenges, and address initial inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism
- Capable of effectively communicating with company executives responsible for making business decisions
- Skilled in navigating large organizations to identify decision-makers and stakeholders
- Strong command of grammar and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Quick learner who can rapidly grasp processes, systems, industries, products, and company-specific information
- Proficiency in using MS Office and web meeting tools
